I found Kustom Gutters online and requested an initial appointment to get recommendations on gutters since my new home did not have gutters and downspouts on the back and sides of the house. The owner, Jimmy, came out to look at our home and make recommendations. I knew nothing about Gutters, but Jimmy was able to show me his drawing of what he recommended installing and where, so we agreed to have them come out an install. Also, the pricing seemed reasonable as well.

He sent his team out to do it and they did a great job because now when it rained, I was not having waterfalls coming off the roof. However, my wife did not like where they installed a downspout on the second floor, front of the home because it was it was very visible, which I agreed. I reached out to Jimmy and explained the issue. He said it was more efficient to keep it where it was, but he ultimately he agreed to replace it with no extra cost. I personally should have maybe asked more questions and showed my wife before the install, so it was more of a communication issue. I showed him an AI generated photo (Google Gemini) of where I wanted the downspout to be (on the side of the house) and so he sent out his crew to come repair. Thankfully I showed them the photo as well because if not, they seemed like they were going to do something else. After the repair it looked a whole lot better and my wife and I were happy.

I would like to thank Jimmy and his team for their great work and to Jimmy for allowing the repair to be made at no cost to us. We are really grateful for that. They were very easy to work with.

I was very pleased with Kustom Gutters during the whole process beginning with the prompt arrival of the owner, Jimmy Rechner, who gave me a very reasonable written bid.  They followed that up by again being very prompt on the day of installation.  In addition to the regular crew, additional help had already been scheduled to help with a difficult part of the installation and they too arrived right on time so there was no delay.
