Called to Book an appointment for an estimate and they were very friendly over the phone. Received reminder text the day before and showed up on time with the walk around the house along with estimate produced in 10 min. After estimate was produced Jim stated he could send the crew out the next day to install the gutters. They showed up the next day and were finished in a couple of hours. Have had several downpours and the gutter system works excellent.  I like dealing with a Company that is to the point and honest. Would highly recommend Katy Kustom Gutters to others!
